Tim joined Elevation Securities in 2011 as a Principal of the firm on its U.S. Equity Derivatives desk after a fifteen year career at Merrill Lynch and Capstone Global Markets. He has twenty-five years of experience trading multiple asset classes in both Cash and Derivative Markets. He also has extensive expertise trading volatility risk during significant market disruptions and encourages open communication, creative client solutions and “best in class” client coverage. After starting his career as a sales trader in Municipals, Tim became a Managing Director on the Equity Derivatives sales desk at Merrill Lynch. Tim graduated from Penn State University in 1990 earned his MBA from the University of California, Davis in 1996 and received his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2001.

Tim lives in Summit, NJ, and is a member of Penn State’s 1986 National Championship football team. He is a proud husband and father of three kids, and enjoys coaching youth football.
